1. Commonality of terrorist threats to the CIS member-states in modern times.

2. Generation of general approaches of the competent authorities of the CIS member-states to training senior executives in the counter-terrorism (CT) field.

3. Generation of a single CT educational module for senior executives of the competent authorities of the CIS member-states.

4. Possible preparation of a Model working curriculum to train CT senior executives in educational institutes of the security
agencies and special services of the CIS member-states.

5. On the need for joint training CT academic staff of highest qualification by the competent authorities of the CIS member-states.
