The CIS ATC's emblem was approved by the Decision of the Council of the Heads of Security Agencies and Special Service of the CIS Member-States as of October 14, 2021.
Under the Regulation on the CIS ATC's Emblem it is an official symbol denoting the status, specificity of activity and tasks of the organization, affiliation of the officials, employees as well as vehicles, special means and other property to the CIS ATC.
The emblem represents a silver triangular shield elongated downwards with carved upper corners and rivets along the edges of the shield, which a silver shield is superimposed on with a golden edging, similar in contour to a triangular shield elongated downwards with carved upper corners, behind which is a sword, placed vertically along the axis of symmetry, with its edge pointing down.
The hilt and crosspiece of the sword are golden, the blade is silver. The field of the shield is white. The field of the shield with a golden edging encompasses the emblem of the Commonwealth of Independent States, bordered on the sides and bottom by a blue (cornflower blue) ribbon with a golden edging superimposed on the shield. The field of the shield around the emblem of the CIS carries an inscription in straight capital gold letters: COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATES. Located on the ribbon at the bottom is an inscription in straight capital gold letters: ATC.
The emblem of the CIS ATC can be made in a monochrome image, it can be placed on corner stamps or blanks with corner stamps of the CIS ATC. Reproduction of its image is allowed both in color and monochrome, as well as in three-dimensional versions.
The image of the emblem is placed in the order determined by the Head of the CIS ATC:
on the buildings and premises occupied by the CIS ATC;
on the stamps and blanks of the CIS ATC’s documents;
on insignia and awards established by the CIS ATC;
on official publications, cinema, video and photographic materials produced by the CIS ATC;
on promotional, informational and souvenir products manufactured to the CIS ATC’s order.
As well as in the premises where the CIS ATC’s events are held.
