The CIS Anti-Terrorism Center marked its 10th anniversary on June 21, 2010. The building complex of the Administration of the Russian Federation President hosted the solemn events attended by the executives of the Russian Federation public authorities and CIS bodies, plenipotentiary representatives of the Commonwealth member-states and heads of international organizations.
In their statements the invited executives cordially congratulated the Center’s officers and its veterans with the anniversary. The CIS Anti-Terrorism Center’s stages of development and significant results of its activity over the past 10 years were reflected in the statements of the Chair of the Council of Heads of CIS Security Agencies and Special Services, Director of Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation Army General A.V. Bortnikov and Chair of the Executive Committee – Executive Secretary of the Commonwealth of Independent States S.N. Lebedev.
Chairs of the CIS States Heads Council and CIS Governments Heads Council, heads of CIS security agencies and special services, CIS statutory bodies, CIS branch cooperation bodies, representatives of international and regional organizations have sent their greetings to the Center’s executives and officers.
