A meeting of the permanent council at the CIS ATC Head with participation of the authorized representatives of the Commonwealth states to CIS ATC took placed on June 24, 2022 at the CIS Anti-Terrorism Center’s headquarters.
The meeting reviewed the developing situation in the CIS member-states in the counter-terrorism and counter-extremism field, as well as topical lines of cooperation of the Commonwealth’s competent authorities with the CIS ATC.
Besides, the Center’s representatives informed the participants on the key results of the CIS ATC’s work in the first half of this year, information and analytical support of the competent authorities’ counter-terrorism and counter-extremism activity, organization and status of the Center’s work to counter financing of terrorism and ways to improve it.
The meeting was held in an atmosphere of constructive dialogue and engaged exchange of views.
