The CIS Anti-Terrorism Center hosted a meeting of the standing conference at CIS ATC Head with participation of the authorized representatives of the CIS member-states and official representatives of the security bodies and special services in the Russian Federation on 18 June 2014 in Moscow.
The participants were informed on the outcomes of the 36th meeting of the Council of the Heads of Security Bodies and Special Services of the CIS member-states held in Minsk, Republic of Belarus in June 2014 and events organized by the Center for intensification of information exchange with use of capacities of the CIS ATC Specialized Data Bank.
Preparation for the get-together of the senior executives of the anti-terrorism units of the security agencies and special services of the CIS member-states and Zhetysu-Anti-Terror 2014 Joint Anti-Terrorism Exercise of the competent bodies of the Commonwealth member-states scheduled for September this year was one of the key items of the agenda.
