The meeting was attended by representatives of national anti-terrorism centers (headquarters), counter-terrorism and anti-terrorism special units of the Azerbaijan Republic, Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Moldova, Russian Federation, Ukraine, representatives of the CIS Executive Committee, Executive Bureau of Council of the Heads of Security Bodies and Special Services of the CIS member-states, as well as FSB Academy and Special Equipment Center, Advanced Training Institute of the Ministry of Interior of Russia, Rosoboronexport, Federal Agency for Science and Innovations of the Russian Federation.
Subject of the meeting: "Main directions of improvement of interaction between national anti-terrorism center (headquarters) of the CIS member-states in combating terrorism and other violent manifestations of extremism".
During the meeting, the participants discussed burning issues related to improvement of coordination and forms of interaction of national anti-terrorism centers (headquarters) of the Commonwealth states, promising directions of development of information interaction, improvement of subject-oriented training (professional development) of specialists of special counter-terrorism units.
An outcome document was adopted as a follow-up of the joint work.
