The Council of the Heads of Security Agencies and Intelligence Services of the CIS Member-States (SORB) having heard and discussed the information of the Commonwealth of Independent States Anti-Terrorism Center (CIS ATC) on the CIS ATC international working contacts decides
to instruct the CIS ATC to establish and maintain working contacts with the international centers and organizations engaged in combating international terrorism, as well as with the respective specialized institutions of other states with the agreement of the SORB Chair following a report to the SORB members.
Made in Tbilisi on 16 May 2002 in one original copy in the Russian language. The original copy is kept in the SORB Executive Bureau which shall send its certified copy to the SORB members.
