The Council of the Heads of the states of the Commonwealth of Independent States
decides:
1. To establish the Commonwealth of Independent States Anti-Terrorism Center department for the Central Asian region in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic within the personnel limit of the Commonwealth of Independent States Anti-Terrorism Center.
2. To finance the Commonwealth of Independent States Anti-Terrorism Center department for the Central Asian region within the budget of the Commonwealth of Independent States Anti-Terrorism Center.
3. This Decision enters into force from the date of its signature.
Made in Chisinau on 7 October 2002 in one original copy in the Russian language. The original copy is kept in the Commonwealth of Independent States Executive Committee which shall send its certified copy to each signatory State.
