Representatives of the CIS Anti-Terrorism Center took part in the seminar on Information and Psychological Security in the Cyberspace which was organized by SeusLab at the Perm State National Research University (PRNRU).
In her statement on “Information Threats in the CIS Cyberspace” Marianna Kochubei, a Chair of the CIS ATC Scientific and Advisory Council highlighted basic methodological aspects of this issue and noted the best practice of the CIS ATC in the subject field. The audience was offered to watch anti-extremist video clips.
The Council’s executive secretary Alexander Smirnov delivered a report on “Applied Aspects of Organization of Counter-Narrative in Combating Terrorism and Extremism”.
The event brought together representatives of the defense and law-enforcement agencies, executive and legislative authorities of Perm and Perm Krai, education institutions and others.
