The CIS ATC’s delegation led by the Center’s Head took part in the CSTO International Scientific and Practical Conference on "Contribution of the Peoples of the CSTO Member-States to the Victory in the Great Patriotic War" held on April 24, 2025.
The conference was organized in the Central Museum of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation under the chairmanship of the CSTO Secretary-General Imangali Tasmagambetov with the participation of the Deputy State Secretary of the Union State of Russia and Belarus Elena Bogdan, high-level delegations from the ministries and departments of the CSTO member-states, CIS bodies, as well as representatives of international public organizations.
In his welcoming remarks the Head of the CIS ATC Colonel-General Evgeny Sysoev noted the historical significance of the victory in the Great Patriotic War, which became possible thanks to the unity, unbending fortitude and heroic self-sacrifice of all the peoples of the Soviet Union.
Following the event, the conference participants adopted an appeal on the contribution of the peoples of the CSTO member-states to the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
