A representative of CIS ATC took part in the meeting of the Coordination Conference of the Chairs of the Defense and Security Committees of the Parliaments of the CSTO member-states under the Council of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization, in Bishkek on September 10, 2024.
The meeting reviewed the experience of countering international terrorism and extremism, the state and measures to ensure border security and customs control, issues of combating drug trafficking and illegal migration.
The Center’s representative presented a report on modern challenges and threats in the Central Asian region in connection with the activities of international terrorist organizations and possible directions of their transformation.
