The Head of CIS ATC Evgeny Sysoev took part in the exercise codenamed Kobalt of the special units of the internal affairs, national security agencies and internal troops (national guard), special and anti-drug services which are part of the special formations of the Rapid Reaction Collective Forces of CSTO, from 12 to 16 August 2024.
The exercise was attended by the competent authorities of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan, SCO RATS and CIS ATC.
The exercise participants improved their skills in conducting operations, practical actions of joint operational combat groups, planning and controlling special units, increasing combat coherence of all-arms forces and means, and employing combat aircraft, armored vehicles, special vehicles, and unmanned aerial vehicles in the environment most close to real one.
The exercise was carried out at the high organizational and practical level.
