In June of this year, the CIS Anti-Terrorism Center celebrates its 25th anniversary. Over a quarter of a century, vast experience has been gained by the CIS ATC in organizing and conducting joint anti-terrorism exercises, more than 100 security-related model legal acts have been adopted in cooperation with the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, the Head of the CIS ATC Colonel-General Evgeny Sysoev says in his interview to the Financial Security magazine. Mr. Sysoev explains why joint efforts of the countries are necessary to effectively counter terrorism in the Eurasian space, and the role the Russia's FIU plays in this work.
