Deputy Head of CIS ATC Sergey Zubkov took part in the meeting of the heads of working structures of the CIS bodies in charge of cooperation in the security field, on February 16, 2024.
The event organized at the Secretariat of the Defense Ministers’ Council (DMC) was attended by the executives of the Department of Cooperation in Security Sphere of the Executive Committee, working structures of DMC, Coordinating Service of Border Troops Commanders’ Council, Office for Fight on Organized Crime, Coordinating Service of Prosecutor Generals, Council of Custom Services’ Heads.
At the meeting the heads of delegations presented the results of cooperation in 2023 and prospects of its development in 2024.
Deputy Head of CIS ATC informed the participants of the key results of the CIS ATC’s cooperation with the Commonwealth agencies and proposals on reinforcing efforts in the security sphere.
He noted that event became a good example of collective assessment of the achieved results of the joint activities, and expressed confidence that such a format of professional communication helped to increase efficiency of solving problems in coordination of activity of the competent authorities, strengthen multilateral cooperation and review cooperation on interrelated lines of work.
The working meeting was held in the atmosphere of interesting and constructive dialog.
