The regular meeting of the Council of the Heads of CIS Governments which met in Sochi on June 8, 2023, decided to extend a tour of duty of Deputy head of CIS Anti-Terrorism Center Colonel A. Kutmanov (a representative of Kyrgyzstan) for another three-year period and appoint Colonel S. Zubkov (a representative of Belarus) as deputy head of the Center.
