Tasks and mission:
- to discuss applicable scientific-technical undertakings, developments and best practices in identification, monitoring, analysis and conduct of events in the field of information-physiological counteraction in the Internet;
- to identify the tasks demanded in this field but having no applicable solutions yet;
- to consolidate and classify developments of software and specific techniques which could be utilized in conducting both system and specific information warfare in the Internet within the CT and CVE frameworks.
