Representatives of CIS ATC took part in the International Forum on Cyberterrorism as a Threat to Information-Psychological Security of Individuals, Society and State which was organized by the Russian Advance Training Institute of the RF Ministry of Interior and coincided with the 20th anniversary of the International Inter-Agency Center of Training and Advanced Training of Counter-Terrorism and Counter-Extremism Specialists on February 13, 2024.
The event was also attended by the representatives of law enforcement agencies and state authorities, scientific and educational organizations of Belarus, Russia and Serbia, and CSTO Secretariat.
The Forum reviewed counteraction to cyberterrorism, prevention of extremist manifestations in the information sphere, increase of efficiency in fighting on terrorism and extremism.
The CIS ATC’s expert presented a report on Use of Information Technologies in Terrorist and Extremist Purposes in the CIS member-states”.
