A representative of the CIS Anti-Terrorism Center took part in the International research-to-practice conference “Training of Personnel and Scientific Support to Activity in the Interest of Strengthening Border Security on the External Borders of the CIS Member-States: Status and Promising Lines of Development” which was held in the state educational institution “Institute of Border Service of the Republic of Belarus” in Minsk on April 27, 2023.
The event was also attended by the representatives of border agencies of the CIS member-states, Coordinating Service of the Council of Border Troops Commanders of the CIS member-states, governmental authorities, organizations and enterprises of defense industry of the Republic of Belarus, SCO-RATS and CSTO.
The conference reviewed the status of training of border staff under modern conditions and promising lines of its improvement in the context of the CIS border security tasks.
In his statement on “Pedagogical system of staff training in the educational institutions of the CIS member-states: status and prospects of development” the CIS ATC’s representative noted an importance to apply contemporary educational forms of organization of the pedagogical process and innovative educational technologies in the course of border staff training.
