The secretary of the Scientific and Advisory Council at CIS ATC took part in the round table organized by the Academy of National Security of the Republic of Belarus on the sidelines of the International science to practice conference on “Theory and Practice of National Security” on March 14, 2023.
The event participants were able to listen to the report on the comparative legal analysis of criminal legislation of the CIS states in the field of combating terrorism, violent seizure of power and armed insurrection.
The CIS ATC’s representative drew attention to the important work performed by the Commonwealth states to develop and harmonize national legislation in compliance with the principles and norms of international law.
