The event brought together representatives of universities and scientific-research of the Commonwealth member-states, governmental and municipal authorities of Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast, security agencies, special services and law enforcement of the CIS states, Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, office of the authorised representative of the Russian President in the North-Western Federal District, Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, OSCE Transnational Threats Department, youth and student organizations.
