Kyrgyz Republic

Organizations designated as terrorist or extremist in the procedure established by the national law of the CIS member-states (as per the information available at CIS ATC: copies or dates of the court judgements)

1. Al-Qaeda is an organization which was designated as terrorist and extremist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the judgement of the Pervomayskiy district court of Bishkek of the Kyrgyz Republic as of 15 September 2006 against the submission of the Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. East Turkistan Islamic Party (Sharqiy Turkestan Islam Partiyasi) is an organization which activity was designated as terrorist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the ruling of the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic as of 20 August 2003 to the judgement of the Pervomayskiy district court of Bishkek as of 14 May 2003 against the plea of the Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Jihad Group (Jamaat al Jihad, Islamic Jihad Group, Islamic Jihad Union, Islamic Jihad - Jamaat Mujahideen, Jamaat mujahideen of Central Asia) is an international organization which was designated as terrorist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the judgement of Pervomayskiy district court of Bishkek of the Kyrgyz Republic as of 11 June 2008 against the submission of the Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Taliban Movement is an organization which was designated as terrorist and extremist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the judgement of the Pervomayskiy district court of Bishkek of the Kyrgyz Republic as of 15 September 2006 against the submission of the Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. Turkistan Islamic Party (former UIM) is an organization which was designated as terrorist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the ruling of the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic as of 20 August 2003 to the judgement of the Pervomayskiy district court of Bishkek as of 14 May 2003 against the plea of the Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. Islamic State is an organization which was designated as terrorist and extremist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the judgement of the Oktyabrskiy district court of Bishkek of the Kyrgyz Republic as of 13 February 2015 against the statement of claim of the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. Kurdistan People`s Congress (Kurdish People's Congress, Kurdistan Workers' Party, Kondra-Gel) is an international organization which was designated as terrorist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the judgement of Pervomayskiy district court of Bishkek of the Kyrgyz Republic as of 11 June 2008 against the submission of the Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic.

8. Turkistan Liberation Organization (Sharqiy Azat Turkestan) is an organization which was designated as terrorist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the ruling of the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic as of 20 August 2003 to the judgement of the Pervomayskiy district court of Bishkek as of 14 May 2003 against the plea of the Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic.

9. Hizbut-Tahrir al-Islami is an organization which was designated as extremist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the ruling of the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic as of 20 August 2003 to the judgement of the Pervomayskiy district court of Bishkek as of 14 May 2003 against the plea of the Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic.

10. Takfiri-Jihadist movement of salafist orientation (Salafism) is a religious association which was designated as terrorist and extremist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the judgement of the Pervomayskiy district court of Bishkek as of 24 October 2012 against the claim of the Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic.

11. Jaishul Makhdi is an organization of takfiri-jihadist movement of salafist orientation which was designated as terrorist and extremist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the judgement of the Pervomayskiy district court of Bishkek as of 24 October 2012 against the claim of the Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic.

12. Jund-al-Khilafah is an organization of takfiri-jihadist movement of salafist orientation which was designated as terrorist and extremist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the judgement of the Pervomayskiy district court of Bishkek as of 24 October 2012 against the claim of the Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic.

13. Ansarullah is an organization of takfiri-jihadist movement of salafist orientation which was designated as terrorist and extremist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the judgement of the Pervomayskiy district court of Bishkek as of 24 October 2012 against the claim of the Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic.

14. At-Takfir wal-Hijra is an organization of takfiri-jihadist movement of salafist orientation which was designated as terrorist and extremist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the judgement of the Pervomayskiy district court of Bishkek as of 24 October 2012 against the claim of the Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic.

15. Akromiya is a religious organization designated as extremist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the judgement of the Pervomaysk district court of Bishkek as of 14 March 2014 against the claim of the Prosecutor General Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

16. Al-Nusra Front (Jabhat al-Nusra) is an organization which was designated as terrorist and extremist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the judgement of the Osh city court of Osh as of 13 May 2015 against the submission of the Prosecutor Office of Osh Oblast.

17. Jannat Oshiqlari is an organization which was designated as terrorist and extremist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the judgement of the Osh city court of Osh as of 13 May 2015 against the submission of the Prosecutor Office of Osh Oblas

18. Katib al Imam al Bukhari is an organization which was designated as terrorist and extremist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the judgement of the Osh city court of Osh as of 13 May 2015 against the submission of the Prosecutor Office of Osh Oblast.

19. Jama'at Tawhid wal-Jihad (Organization of Monotheism and Jihad) is an organization which was designated as terrorist and extremist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the judgement of the Osh city court of Osh as of 17 March 2016 against the submission of the Prosecutor Office of Osh Oblast.

20. Yakyn Inkar is a religious school designated as extremist and its activity was prohibited in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by the judgement of the Oktyabrskiy district court of Bishkek as of 15 June 2017 against the statement of claim of the Prosecutor General Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
